SUMMARY
Qingfeng Chen is a Senior Principal Investigator at the Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology (IMCB), Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) . He is also an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Department of Microbiology, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, NUS.
Qingfeng joined IMCB in 2012 to develop humanised mouse models for the study of human infectious diseases, cancers, autoimmune diseases and stem cells. In 2018, while at IMCB, he co-founded Invivocue, a bioscience company in Singapore, that aims to support medical and pharmaceutical research, from target discovery, validation to pre-clinical development, and eventually advancing to clinical trials, through its humanised rodent models.
Prior to his role at IMCB, Qingfeng joined the Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research and Technology (SMART) to pursue his postdoctoral research on developing humanised mouse models. In 2011, he was promoted as research scientist at SMART.
