T-Up Programme
The T-Up Programme provides local SMEs with access to skilled scientists and research engineers for up to two years, supporting R&D projects. Experts assist in developing new products, enhancing technical capabilities and innovating business processes. Eligible SMEs can apply for up to 70% funding through Enterprise Singapore to offset costs.

Award Categories
Nominations for the 2025 awards are open from 01 April 2025 to 30 April 2025. Eligible candidates are A*STAR secondees who completed their secondment by March 31, 2024. Companies should initiate the nomination process and can contact T-Up RI representatives for more details.
Awards & Recognition
Winners receive a cash prize of up to S$3,000, a commemorative plaque and an award certificate. Partner companies will also be honored with a certificate and plaque.
About T-Up Excellence Awards
Held in conjunction with the annual SME Day Event, the Award is open to T-Up research scientists and engineers (RSEs) who have completed their secondment to local enterprises. Every year, a maximum of three winners will receive cash prizes and publicity efforts alongside the companies they were seconded to.
