Collaborative Continuous Logistics (CCL)

The Collaborative Continuous Logistics (CCL) initiative, developed under the National AI Project Working Committee for Logistics and supported by URA, NAIO, IMDA, and EnterpriseSG, serves as a platform for companies to collaborate and "uberise" last-mile logistics. A proof-of-concept platform enables businesses to coordinate and share resources effectively, facilitating cost-efficient and competitive logistics operations.

The initiative aims to implement continuous logistics on a neutral and trusted platform, allowing companies to dynamically manage operational planning and resource sharing. This approach not only reduces operational costs but also enhances competitiveness for both local and cross-border logistics.

The objectives

Enable Collaborative Logistics

Provide a platform for companies to work together in optimising last-mile logistics

Enhance Operational Efficiency

Implement continuous logistics methodology for flexible, cost-effective logistics management

Boost Competitiveness

Support companies in achieving a competitive edge through shared resources and streamlined operations

The impact

The CCL initiative empowers businesses to optimise logistics operations through collaboration, enabling reduced costs and enhanced competitiveness. By leveraging a shared platform, companies benefit from improved operational efficiency and increased flexibility in logistics planning.
