Promoting well-being among adolescents is crucial for building resilient, productive, and fulfilled future generations. Public messages in general focus on reducing the stigma of mental health problems. However it leaves a critical gap in addressing the positive dimensions of mental health. The primary objective of this research study is to find out the youth’s perception and understanding of mental health. It is important to find out their interpretation of what it means to be mentally healthy.
