Dr Zeng Yan awarded SSC/SAC Commendation Award

Congratulations to Dr Zeng Yan, a staff from Pressure & Flow Lab, MFM (Mass, Flow &Mechanical) Metrology Cluster of NMC, has been honoured with 2023 SSC/SACCommendation Award. This recognition is conferred to experts who have dedicatedyears of commitment to standards committees, thereby making substantialcontributions to Singapore/International standards/Technical References.
Presenting this award to Dr Zeng Yan is Director General for Quality &Excellence at Enterprise SG, Choy Sauw Kook.
Dr Zeng has been involved in the development/revision of numerousstandards/Technical References, such as TR56 (LNG bunkering specifications),SS660 (Bunker delivery from oil terminal using MFM), SS648 (Code of practicefor bunker mass flow metering), and National Mirror Committee for ISO/TC 28/SC2/WG 13 Marine Bunkering. She represented NMC in a panel discussion toaddress all the metrological-related questions in the webinar: Strengthening bunkersupply chain with SS 660:2020 (organized by Enterprise SG and the SingaporeStandards Council) held on 22 Jun 2021. Her exceptional expertise anddedication led to this well-deserved recognition.
Each year, Enterprise SG and the Singapore Standards Council meticulouslyselect awardees, considering their active participation in standards committeesand their invaluable contributions to the development/revision ofSingapore/International standards. This year in total 63 awardees fromdifferent industry sectors of Singapore have received this accolade.
