A*STAR IDL’s Pathogen Flow Platform offers a comprehensive package designed for impactful ID research and innovation, to support public health, including preparedness and outbreak response, and industry needs.
1. High Containment BSL-2+ and BSL3 Facilities: Our platform is complimented with our BSL2 Enhanced and BSL3 facilities for diverse research needs. This allows us to:
- Survey unknown and known pathogens
- Detect identified pathogens
- Develop and evaluate potential drugs and therapeutics
- Perform vaccine immuno-monitoring
2. Wide ranging capabilities: Our platform is equipped with a comprehensive suite of flow cytometry instruments, including conventional and spectral flow cytometers, high-performance cell sorter, and robust data analysis software.
