Circular Plastics: More than just twice
09 Nov 2021
Look into the future of plastics. To prevent further damage to our environment, many companies and governments in the value chain are moving away from single-use plastic materials such as thermoplastics and thermosets that are hard to repurpose. IMRE’s scientists are working towards a solution in developing new plastics of the future using vitrimers to repurpose plastics over and over again instead of incinerating and dumping them in landfills.
Watch this space to learn how Institute of Materials Research and Engineering (IMRE) works together with the ecosystem toward sustainable solutions to make the circular economy a reality.
