1️⃣ Collaboration is key! We're thrilled to see the growing emphasis on collaboration across the entire agri-food ecosystem. By working together, we can accelerate the development of sustainable and innovative food solutions.
2️⃣ Science-led solutions: There was strong interest in our work on sustainable value-added ingredients and health & well-being research. This reaffirms the crucial role of science and technology in food resilience and how food can support population health
3️⃣ A brighter and healthier future: Our conversations with industry leaders, researchers, and government officials have given us renewed confidence in our mission to improve food resilience and sustainable nutrition for the Asian palate.
🤝 A special thanks to our esteemed guests, including senior management of Enterprise Singapore; Prof. Paul Teng, Prof. Jeya Henry, Dr Ralph Graichen, who all have significant contributions to the Singapore food and nutrition ecosystem; and delegates from CSIRO and Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade), who shared their insights and explored opportunities for collaboration.
