Welcome Prof. Jianshe Chen, Platform Lead, Sensory Science and Oral Processing to A*STAR's Singapore Institute of Food and Biotechnology Innovation (SIFBI)!

Prof. Chen is a renowned global leader in food oral processing and sensory science. His contributions have shaped the way we understand food sensory research today. He holds prestigious fellowships with IAFoST and IFST, and serves in academic roles at Massey University and the University of Leeds.
In his new position at SIFBI, Prof. Chen will be advancing in both fundamental and applied research of food oral processing and sensory perception, enhancing food enjoyment, health and well-being.
