The Infuse After 5 event, co-organized by Infuse and the A*STAR Office of Sustainability as part of ASTAR Sustainability Month, was a tremendous success! SIFBI researchers showcased the future of food through an engaging plant-based culinary experience. Guests enjoyed a delightful array of innovative creations, including succulent meatless gyozas, ngoh hiang, and siew mai, all crafted to demonstrate how we can create sustainable, nutritious, and flavorful local food options for the future.
