Did You Know? Microalgae & Black Soldier Fly Could Be the Future of Food!

We have the honor to invite Prof. Alexander Mathys, a tenured professor at ETH Zürich and a leader in Sustainable Food Processing, to give a talk on sustainable urban food systems and innovative technologies like microalgae and black soldier fly larvae (BSFL) utilization. He provided valuable insights on sustainable food alternatives towards greater food security.
