Visit by Prof. Alexander Mathys, a tenured professor at ETH Zürich

We have the honor to invite Prof. Alexander Mathys, a tenured professor at ETH Zürich and a leader in Sustainable Food Processing, to give a talk on sustainable urban food systems and innovative technologies like microalgae and black soldier fly larvae (BSFL) utilization. He provided valuable insights on sustainable food alternatives towards greater food security.

Apart from our ongoing intra-CREATE collaboration with Singapore-ETH Centre on Urban Microalgae-Based Protein Production, we look forward to having more research collaborations in the area of future foods with you and your team!
