A SRIS Researcher is employed by one of the SRIS partners, works primarily in skin related areas, is nominated by the SRIS EXCO and approved by SRIS Steering Committee.

A SRIS Affiliate holds an appointment with one of the SRIS partners or with local and international academic and healthcare institutions, works in an adjacent area but partners with a SRIS Researcher occasionally on skin research, is nominated by the SRIS EXCO and approved by SRIS Steering Committee.
