Ms Yong Hwee Yee is Vice President of Baxter International's Integrated Supply Chain – Pharmaceuticals and Compounding. She leads the development and execution of an integrated supply chain strategy for Baxter's Pharmaceutical and Compounding Segment, including manufacturing excellence and strategy, planning and fulfillment, operation, and engineering. In her role, she partners with R&D and Commercial teams to ensure product launch excellence, excellent customer service, and robust sales and operations planning.

Before this role, Ms Yong was the global manufacturing leader for GSK Respiratory and HIV manufacturing network and cluster lead for Janssen Supply Chain operations in APAC. Ms Yong also led GSK's regional supply chain in China, overseeing the company's three regional manufacturing facilities and the end-to-end supply chain operations for the country. Ms Yong holds a Bachelor of Science from Imperial College in London, a Master of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the National University of Singapore, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard University.
