IMRE 25TH ANNIVERSARY – CELEBRATING 25 YEARS OF MATERIALS INNOVATION

Since our establishment on 8 September 1997, A*STAR’s Institute of Materials Research and Engineering (IMRE) has built strong fundamentals in materials development, analysis, characterisation and fabrication, with many of our research discoveries and technology innovations improving lives and creating value for Singapore and beyond over the past 25 years.

This was all made possible through our passionate team and the support of ecosystem partners, as we blaze the trail in materials research and innovation!

To celebrate this important milestone and commemorate a quarter century of cutting-edge research and scientific discovery, our team has organised two key events, happening on 8 September 2022:
