Bi-Annual Technical Meeting (BTM) 2018
The Bi-Annual Technical Meeting (BTM) was held at ARTC from 11th to 12th September 2018. This year’s topics revolved around the theme: “Evolution of Advanced Manufacturing Ecosystem”, and the Meeting was kick-started by a welcome message from Dr David Low. The event was attended by 100 members, and, hosted by 16 speakers.
Day 1 covered the CRP Cycle 5 Project and ended on a high with a dinner held at the Hilton Hotel, Singapore. Day 2 covered the CRP Cycle 6, Define Workshop, where members were able to observe 4 workshop demonstrations, which comprised of Additive Manufacturing, Intelligent Verification, Robotics and Automation, and, Smart Factory. The Bi-Annual Technical Meeting concluded with the CRP 6 Workshop Summary and Technical Committee Meeting
