Enterprise Singapore SLINGSHOT 2026 Immersion Programme at A*STAR ARTC

A*STAR ARTC hosted the Enterprise Singapore SLINGSHOT 2026 Physical Immersion Programme on 23 October, welcoming start-up participants and ecosystem partners for a day of technology exposure, industry exchange and networking. The visit formed part of the programme’s immersion experience, designed to give participating start-ups closer exposure to Singapore’s corporate and innovation ecosystem. At ARTC, the programme opened with a welcome and introduction before participants joined a guided laboratory tour to learn more about ARTC’s research capabilities and industry collaboration model.

The programme continued with sharing on Singapore’s open innovation landscape and corporate reverse pitches. These sessions provided a platform for participating organisations to outline areas of interest while giving start-ups insight into potential industry needs and collaboration opportunities. A one-to-one networking brought start-ups, corporates and ARTC representatives together for more focused exchanges. The session allowed participants to discuss technologies, market needs and possible areas of alignment.

During the visit, participants were introduced to capabilities spanning humanoid robotics, artificial intelligence and sustainability research. The programme demonstrated how access to research infrastructure, technical expertise and industry networks can support start-ups seeking to validate solutions, form partnerships and explore opportunities in Singapore and beyond.
