I2R Wins First Place at EPIC-Kitchens 2022

Team from I2R's Visual Intelligence (VI) Department, comprising of Cheng Yi, Lin Dongyun, Fang Fen, Xu Qianli, Sun Ying, and Woon Hao Xuan (student) participated in the EPIC-Kitchens Challenge "Unsupervised Domain Adaptation for Action Recognition Track 2022". 

The Unsupervised Domain Adaptation aims to adapt an action recognition model (trained on a labelled source domain) to an unlabeled target domain by minimizing domain gaps. 

Our VI team emerged as the winner from a total of 103 submissions across 8 participating teams including University of Amsterdam and University of Torino. Their winning solution was presented at the 10th EPIC Workshop @ CVPR 2022 on 20th June 2022.
