We have developed a microsieve to isolate circulating tumor cells from blood based on differences in cell size. This liquid biopsy offers non-invasive cancer diagnostics and monitoring to guide clinical treatment. The technology platform is paired with nanoprobes for companion diagnostics in the detection of genes associated with breast, cervical, colorectal, stomach, pancreatic, bladder and prostate cancers, and leukemia.
