Global foodscientists, technologists and businesses have gathered to discuss the latestadvances in Food science innovation at this year's International Union ofFood Science and Technology (IUFoST) Singapore 2022.
A*STAR Singapore Institute of Food andBiotechnology Innovation (SIFBI) was privileged to host Guest-of-HonourMOS, MCCY & MTI Low Yen Ling for a tour around our booth, where weshowcased our multi-disciplinary set of capabilities in food science R&Dand how these will help to strengthen our Nation’s food resilience and #foodsafety inthe long term as well as position #Singapore as a global innovationhub of scientific excellence.
Our scientists also presented on a series ofexciting topics ranging from Foods of the Future to plant-based fat replacers.These findings are building blocks that will contribute to more innovative andsustainable future.
Through collaborations with ecosystem partners, weaccelerate innovation and the transformation of the local food industry tocapture new growth opportunities in the global food market.
