    We were delighted to welcome Mr. Ilya Sheyman, CEO of GFI U.S., along with the The Good Food Institute APAC team, to A*STAR SIFBI! During the visit, we showcased our research in Future Foods, highlighting innovative technologies in biomass, precision fermentation, food processing, and cultivated meats and lipids aimed at creating nutritious, affordable, and delicious products.

    Our discussions also provided valuable insights into consumer behaviours and attitudes towards alternative proteins globally, especially in Southeast Asia. This knowledge is crucial as we design food formats tailored to Asian consumers.

    We look forward to further collaboration and connections with GFI to drive innovation in the alternative protein space!
