It was a pleasure to host Prof. Subodh Mhaisalkar, Prof. Alexander Mathys, Dr Iris Haberkorn and colleagues from National Research Foundation, Singapore-ETH Centre and Singapore Food Agency (SFA) at A*STAR Singapore Institute of Food and Biotechnology Innovation (SIFBI).

It was a fantastic opportunity to showcase SIFBI's integrative capabilities - from tapping on our Natural Product Library (NPL) to strain engineering, biotransformation, and scale up, and our ambition in stratified nutrition for Asian phenotype. We also shared our digital human twin models to simulate virtual clinical studies tailored to provide nutritional solutions for the region.

The energy and enthusiasm for advancing research in our field was palpable, and we are excited to continue building relationships and pushing the boundaries of what is possible.
