    A*STAR SIFBI hosted Astrid Ahlinder and Evelina Höglund from Sweden’s RISE (Research Institutes of Sweden), a key innovation partner for global food companies. As part of their visit to Singapore, they explored opportunities to kickstart Sweden-Singapore partnerships in food innovation. Focus areas include ingredient functionality, novel food processing, sustainable nutrition, and consumer acceptance of new food products. More collaborations to come!
