    Advanced Manufacturing Industry in Singapore

    Pursuing innovation and cultivating talents are necessary to build Singapore into a global business, innovation and talent centre for advanced manufacturing

    Dr David Low, Executive Director of the Singapore Institute of Manufacturing Technology (SIMTech) and CEO of the Advanced Remanufacturing and Technology Centre (ARTC), said that Singapore has long attached importance to science and technology in the field of advanced manufacturing to overcome the constraints of limited land area and resources. Through public-private partnerships, ARTC has also accelerated the translation of research into industrial applications in the past decade.
