Enterprise Transformation Project (ETP) with Mentorship Support Grant (MSG)
What Is It?
The Enterprise Transformation Project (ETP) is an initiative by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) for enterprises to embark on projects in strengthening capabilities through implementation-led training, consultancy services and workplace-centric projects for business and operational transformation.
The Mentorship Support Grant (MSG) is a financial grant provided by SSG to co-fund the costs incurred by the Singapore Institute of Manufacturing Technology (SIMTech) in providing project mentorship support to enterprises, through consultancy and/or projected-based implementation-led training. Projects supportable should aim to improve worker skills, enterprise productivity, and/or job redesign.
As part of the transformation programme for enterprises, SIMTech shall provide mentorship support to organisations to help them to
- Define their problem statement(s);
- Identify and prioritise areas of improvement, and
- Co-develop learning and skills-related solutions to address the organisation’s needs via projects to be completed within six months.

Eligibility Criteria
- Government agencies (including ministries and statutory boards), Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs)* and Non-SMEs registered and operating in Singapore.
- In a financially viable position to start and complete the ETP(s).
Funding Support Details
- The funding amount is capped at up to 90% of $25,000 per project.
- A SME may receive up to 90% funding.
- A non-SME may receive up to 70% funding.
- Maximum of 3 projects per enterprise for funding support.
- The project is to be completed within six months.

Application Process
- Enterprise applies online to register their interest in the MSG Project to engage SIMTech to understand more about current challenge, needs and intended outcomes.
- After discussions, SIMTech will propose solutions to address the enterprise's needs.
- Upon preliminary agreement on the project scope, deliverables and fees, SIMTech will submit the project proposal to SSG for funding approval, using the SSG template.
- SSG will review the application for approval and enterprise may be required to furnish additional details for clarification when requested.
- SIMTech will issue an MSG agreement to the enterprise after SSG has given the approval.
- SIMTech will invoice the enterprise with the nett fees (after funding and inclusive of the prevailing GST) of the project.
Project Commencement and Management (To be completed within six months)
- Progress will be tracked on the attainment of the project's KPI milestones through the enterprise's submitted Gantt Chart.
Project Completion and Claims Submission (Within 4 weeks after project completion)
- Enterprise will submit the project completion sign-off documentation, including expenditure statements and relevant invoices/receipts.
