    On 12th November 2024, the SIMTech-ARTC-SkillsFuture Singapore Graduation Ceremony 2024 was held at the Stephen Riady Auditorium, NTUC Centre, organised by A*STAR SIMTech and A*STAR Advanced Remanufacturing and Technology Centre (ARTC), in collaboration with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG). The event brought together approximately 900 guests comprising industry professionals, to celebrate the achievements of graduates and acknowledge their contributions to the dynamic manufacturing industry of Singapore. Mr Tan Kok Yam, Chief Executive of SkillsFuture Singapore also graced the event as the guest-of-honour.

    The ceremony featured award highlights including:

    • Distinguished Industry Training Partner Award

    This award honours industry partners who have demonstrated a strong commitment to the shared goals of talent upskilling and reskilling, making a significant impact on workforce development.

    Award Recipients: Incavo Pte Ltd, JM-Vistec System Pte Ltd, Novartis Singapore Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Pte Ltd, United Test and Assembly Centre (UTAC) Ltd

    • Excellent Team Performance Award

    This award recognises the training teams that have exemplified outstanding teamwork, collaboration, and innovation, while achieving exceptional performance and results.

    Award Recipients: Apply Robotics for Manufacturing Automation Training Team with Public Trainees, Digital Transformation & Innovation™ (DTI™) Training Team with Novartis Singapore Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Pte Ltd Team, LEAN/LEAN-LITE/I-LEAN Training Team with United Test and Assembly Center (UTAC) Ltd Team, Machine Learning for Supply Chain Analytics and Operations Management Training Team with ams-OSRAM Asia Pacific Pte Ltd Team, Strategic Technology and Operation Roadmapping (STORM) Training Team with National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) Team
