NTU Students Visit

Institute of Microelectronics welcomed bright young minds from Nanyang Technological University Singapore (NTU) for an immersive learning experience last week.

During their visit, the students explored our state-of-the-art facilities, including the failure analysis lab, electrical and reliability lab, and witnessed demonstrations of flip chip and wire bonding processes in our cleanrooms. They gained valuable insights into the cutting-edge research and development conducted at IME. Guided by our scientists and engineers, the students engaged in meaningful discussions, asked questions, and expanded their understanding of microelectronics.
