Sungei Kadut Eco-District Exhibition

Come, witness how A*STAR is playing its part in transforming Sungei Kadut – one of Singapore’s oldest industrial estates – through #AgriTech and #UrbanGreenTech.
A*STAR’s sustainable hybrid lighting technologies will help urban farmers reduce costs and maximise crop yield, while lowering the farm’s energy usage and carbon footprint.
Other capabilities on display include tech and processes that convert carbon dioxide (CO2) into useful materials like alternative sand, that could potentially be used for land reclamation and as construction materials in Singapore.
