Dr Liu Enxiao, Deputy Director of IHPC's Electronics and Photonics department, was quoted in a front-page Business Times article on 6 Oct 18.  The article, titled "The 5G Frontier", described 5G networks and how it would enable faster and more reliable connections, which could speed up the Internet of Things (IoT) and open new fronts for telco incumbents under pressure.  Dr Liu was quoted in the article, where he explained how 5G networks work, and how data transfer can be optimised through 5G networks.
