Adjunct Associate Professor - Dr Rick Goh
At the recent MAC (Hall of Master Academic Clinicians) 2022 Induction Ceremony, Dr Rick Goh, Department Director of Computing & Intelligence at A*STAR's Institute of High Performance Computing (IHPC) received his new appointment - Adjunct Associate Professor, Ophthalmology and Visual Science ACP at Duke-NUS Medical School. He was presented with a plaque from Prof Thomas M Coffman, Dean of Duke-NUS Medical School.
Dr Rick & his team have been working with SingHealth's Singapore National Eye Centre (SERI) and Singapore National Eye Centre (SNEC) clinicians in AI for Ophthalmology, as well as the Office of Service Transformation (OST), Singapore General Hospital (SGH), National Heart Centre Singapore (NHCS), Changi General Hospital (CGH) clinicians and ops teams in various AI for Digital Health programmes/initiatives, and responding to COVID-19 with digital technologies.
