The course emphasises the development of comprehensive action plans and budget estimates, incorporating feedback from senior management to ensure strategic alignment. on-site mentorship. With personalised coaching, participants will systematically identify specific improvement areas and relevant digital technologies for achieving the company’s business objectives and develop an action plan for driving its digital agenda.
