Strategic Oversight Committee Members Visit to Dou Yee Technologies (DYT)

On 18 August 2025, the Strategic Oversight Committee Members consisting of Mr Beh Kian Teik, CEO, A*STAR, Mr Choo Heng Tong Executive Vice President, Economic Development Board of Singapore (EDB), Mr John Lim Hua Ern Chief Executive Officer, National Research Foundation (NRF), Ms Cindy Khoo Managing Director, Enterprise Singapore (ESG) visited Dou Yee Technologies to review progress at the Dou Yee Technologies–A*STAR Joint Lab.

The visit involved 35 representatives, senior executives, government officials and industry leaders. The session highlighted key outcomes and future plans for the Centre of Excellence for Advanced Powder Metallurgy (PM) Manufacturing, underscoring the lab’s achievements and strategic direction. Participants also toured DYT’s production facility and Advanced PM Joint Lab, where innovations in powder compaction, process simulation, operational efficiency, slurry and micro forming, and X-ray CT were demonstrated.

The visit reaffirmed the strong partnership between A*STAR and DYT in advancing manufacturing excellence.
