National STEM Talent Search 2025
29 April 2025 - The National STEM Talent Search (NSTS), formerly known as A*STAR Talent, is an RIE2025-funded initiative launched in 2022 to celebrate students who excel in scientific research. This programme is a collaboration between Science Centre Singapore and the Ministry of Education, aiming to ignite and sustain a passion for science among youths.
At the recent award ceremony, students had the incredible opportunity to hear from Dr. Loh Xian Jun, Executive Director of the Institute of Materials Research and Engineering (IMRE), and Dr. Li Jingmei, Group Leader at A*STAR Genome Institute of Singapore. Moderated by Dr. Lee Song Choon, their fireside chat was filled with inspiring insights into their research journeys, STEM careers, and life after graduation.
