Sensing Emotions in a Crisis

Outside the life sciences, scientists are making connections between their work and COVID19. Dr Yinping Yang, PhD, a behavioural scientist at A*STARs Institute of High Performance Computing (IHPC) uses CrystalFeel, an AI tool, to trace global senitments around Covid-19. This research can help leaders to gauge the intensity of distress across a population and provide guidance for policymakers.
