Long Term Visit Pass Plus (LTVP+) Holders
- The LTVP+ scheme applies to lawful foreign spouses of Singapore Citizens with (i) at least one Singapore Citizen child or are expecting one from the marriage, or at least three years of marriage, and (ii) where the Singapore Citizen sponsor is able to support the family.
- All LTVP+ holders can be identified with their green visit pass cards, with the word ‘PLUS’ printed on the back of the card.

SkillsFuture Mid-Career Enhanced Subsidy (MCES)
- The ²SkillsFuture Mid-Career Enhanced Subsidy (MCES) is meant for employer-sponsored and self-sponsored Singapore Citizens aged 40 years old and above.
SkillsFuture Credit
- All Singaporeans aged 25 years old and above are eligible for SkillsFuture Credit (Opening SkillsFuture Credit) , which can be used to offset course fees (for self-sponsored registrations only).

About the Trainers
Dr Fu Sheng
Senior Research Coordinator
Singapore KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital
Singapore KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital
Dr Fu has a Bachelor’s degree and a Ph.D. in Clinical Medicine from Nanyang Technological University (2004) and received the Millennium Foundation Technology Award in 2005. Since 2009, he has worked in the Department of Paediatrics at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital in Singapore. He joined the Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation committee in 2014 and has served on the editorial committees of the Chinese Journal of Paediatrics.
Currently, he is the Senior Clinical Research Coordinator at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital and a Clinical Translational Medicine Researcher at SingHealth Group. He is also a visiting professor at Hainan Medical College and Chongqing Medical University in China.
Dr Fu is a member of the Singapore-China Association for the Advancement of Science and Technology (SCAAST) and the President of the Asia Pacific Advanced Health and Medical Institution. He received the Hero Award at the Singapore Health Quality Service Awards in 2021 and was part of the Best Team Award for SingHealth Community Care Facility that same year.
