Introduction

Strategic Technology and Operation Roadmapping (STORM) is a technology adoption as well as a product and business operation planning tool that is suitable for SMEs, MNCs or any organisations looking to create a roadmap to deal with fast-changing developments in their line of business. Partly adapted from Cambridge University’s T-Plan, the programme is complemented by an array of corporate strategy planning tools that facilitate the development of a company’s mission, vision, operational excellence, product innovation, technology and market intelligence. The programme in STORM aims to create a talent pool that comes equipped with the knowledge, skills, and hands-on experience in designing and conducting strategic planning activities for corporate entities in Singapore.

Why Your Statement of Attainment (SOA) Shows a Skills Standard Title

SSG SOA
Sample of a Statement of Attainment (SOA) as shown above.

The title printed on the Statement of Attainment (SOA) issued by Skills & Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) is the Skills Standard title, such as a Technical Skills and Competency (TSC) title, rather than the course title. This is because the SOA is aligned with the national Skills Framework, ensuring consistent recognition across industries and among employers. While the course title describes the learning experience, the SOA certifies the specific nationally recognised competency attained.
