Introduction
HOLISTIC Transformation (HoT™) Assessment is a structured approach designed to guide companies in evaluating and implementing transformations across various business areas, especially in the context of the shift from Industry 4.0 focusing on Process, Technology and Organisation to Industry 5.0 focusing on Sustainability, Resilience and Human-Centricity.
It is a comprehensive methodology that integrates different assessment frameworks into a unified methodology to help businesses prioritise and manage multiple transformation areas simultaneously.
HoT™ brings you the benefits by serving as a strategic tool that enables businesses to assess and implement transformations in a way that is comprehensive, data-driven, and strategically focused, thus ensuring that the transition from Industry 4.0 to 5.0 and adoption of emerging Artificial Intelligence-based strategies is managed effectively and efficiently.
About the Programme
The objective of this programme is to facilitate participants to learn and apply HoT™ and experience the implementation of the Holistic Approach which integrates four key drivers—cost, operational excellence, value add, and vulnerability mitigation—to ensure a comprehensive transformation strategy.
HoT™ targets five critical areas— process, technology, organisation, sustainability, and resilience — to address the complexities of Industry 5.0 and drive strategic change.
This programme consists of 1 full-day or 2 half-day sessions to fulfil businesses’ critical needs by offering a curriculum that combines the theoretical knowledge with practical applications.
Participants will be trained to become HoT™ champions.
Who Should Attend
The programme is relevant for business owners and management executives who need to align their companies’ strategic direction with their transformation efforts.
It is suitable for companies that are undergoing transformation, adapting to the changing industrial landscape and also positioning themselves for long-term success and growth.
