About the Programme
The increasing need for robust supply chain systems is driven by the growing uncertainty and global change. Factors such as the pandemic, geopolitical tensions, inflation, and climate change have made resilient supply chains crucial for businesses. However, many companies lack the internal skills and knowledge required to develop effective strategies to manage data and information for supply chain risk and resilience. This includes proficiency in disruption risk analytics and technology scanning for supply chain resilience.
This course aims to educate employees on supply chain resilience and develop a roadmap to enhance their company’s capability to build resilient supply chains. The 16-hour course will be conducted over 4 non-consecutive days, providing participants with an understanding of supply chain resilience trends and practical implementation in a corporate setting. It will empower individuals to create strategic action plans to improve their organisation’s supply chain resilience.
