Dr.Nirmala Arul Rayan is a neurobiologist by training. For over a decade, she has used conventional and newest omics technologies to answer intriguing questions on brain physiology, development and disease.
Single-Cell In Situ Spatial Omics at subcellular Resolution (SCISSOR) is a well-supported multidisciplinary program that aims to introduce new paradigms for cancer biology and diagnostics, using spatial and non-spatial omics technologies.
As the Program Manager for SCISSOR, Dr. Rayan NA coordinates research, tracks progress of the projects across major partner institutions (GIS, NCCS, SGH, Duke NUS, SIgN and BII) and drives program engagement with industry partners.
