The workshop aims to equip project managers (whether part-time or full-time) of translational health & medtech projects at TRL 3 -4 and project budgets of S$250k – 750k with the knowledge and skills to develop key project objectives and deliverables, recognize and develop the multidisciplinary clinical, technical and business project activities across a range of medical devices and recognize and manage projects risks by aligning with multi-disciplinary stakeholders; and to develop a detailed budget and resourcing plan.
In this programme, participants will foster attributes to become resourceful and analytical, with the ability to independently plan and manage project resources and obtain buy-in amongst multi-disciplinary internal and external stakeholders to drive a TRL 3 – 4 health and medtech project towards completion in a timely and effective manner.
