Online Simulation
The online simulation is able to create a cyber representation of the actual shop floor initialised automatically with up to date data available. It allows users to conduct different what-if scenarios or production plans in the virtual environment that reflects how the actual production sites will perform in different projection periods. Thus, this enables users to evaluate the effectiveness of different production plans prior to implementation without affecting the current production.
Performance Projection
The online simulation is able to project the performance of the factory given the current operating conditions of the factory. In the event of unexpected disturbance such as a demand surge or machine breakdown, companies can use it to analyse how it will impact the future factory performance.
What-if Analysis
The online simulation allows experimenting of different operating parameters to study its impact to the factory performance. This allows companies to identify the most cost-effective operating parameters in meeting different demand profile as the factory is at different state.
