MTI BORDERLESS AWARD
On 2nd Jun 2016, the ARTC was presented the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI) Borderless Gold Award at the 2016 Firefly Symposium held at the NTUC Auditorium. The event was graced by the Minster for Trade and Industry, Mr Lim Hng Kiang.The MTI Borderless Award is conferred to organisation within the MTI family that achieved excellence through borderless collaborations with sister agencies to transform Singapore into a globalised, diversified and entrepreneurial economy.
The award recognises ARTC’s collaborative efforts with sister agencies such as A*STAR, EDB, IE Singapore, SPRING, JTC, WDA and NTU to establish the ARTC as a world-class centre for remanufacturing and development. The ARTC is able to drive industry transformation by connecting and deepening partnerships between government and industry. The synergies created will aid in industrial sector growth as well as spur technology innovation and adoption.
