Summary of software function

These are CRISPR gRNA designers. Given a target sequence or genome, the software generates all possible gRNA candidates, evaluates them for specificity (based on edit distance / mismatches with host DNA/RNA sequences), and predicts on-target editing efficiency. These are modular and can plug in with other predictive modules ad hoc.
